WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Tone Culture United is a connected platform where gear, artists, and context exist together, not separately. Products are not presented in isolation.
They are tied to the musicians who use them and the environments where they matter. Artists are not featured as highlights.
They are part of the foundation of how the platform operates. This creates a more informed way to explore.
Instead of searching through options without guidance, you see how tools are applied in real situations and how those choices translate into sound.
Inside the platform, you will find:
- Curated Gear connected to real players and real-world use
- Artist Integration showing how professionals shape and apply their sound
- TCU Magazine featuring stories, insights, and creative perspective
- Education across sound, production, branding, and music business
- Career Pathways designed to support income, opportunity, and long-term growth
- Artist Programs focused on collaboration, visibility, and development
- Community Participation where musicians contribute and grow together
- Live Sessions and Events that bring the experience into real environments
Some elements are active today, while others are being built and refined alongside the community.
Tone Culture United is designed to evolve with the musicians inside it, growing stronger as more voices, experiences, and pathways are brought into the platform.
Why We Built This
This is built for musicians who approach their craft with intention.
Players who take the time to shape their sound and understand that tone is not just technical, it is personal.
Musicians who are not satisfied with staying in one place, and who continue to evolve through practice, experimentation, and experience.
It speaks to those who want more than access.
They want direction.
They want to understand how decisions around gear, technique, and influence come together to form something recognizable and their own.
This is Tone Culture.
Together, we are Tone Culture United.
THE CORE OF TCU
Tone Culture United comes from a deep connection to music culture and the people who build it. I’m Florentino Buenaventura, CEO of Tone Culture United, and my path has been shaped by both the creative and the business sides of this industry. I started as a musician and creator, and over time grew into building platforms, media, and businesses designed to support artists and the culture around them.
Through that journey, I founded EnterTalk Media, along with platforms like Artist Devs, Concerts.Cafe, and The SceneSD, all built with the same intention, to strengthen the music community and create real opportunities for artists to grow.
What became clear across all of it was this. The culture that drives music is powerful, but it is fragmented. The people, the knowledge, the opportunities, and the tools exist, but they are not connected in a way that helps musicians move forward with clarity
Tone Culture United was created to bring that together. It is the evolution of everything I’ve been building, a platform designed to connect culture, community, and opportunity into something that musicians can step into and grow within.
Curated tools from the companies shaping the sound
The gear inside Tone Culture United is not selected by category alone. It is curated through the lens of culture, use, and impact. Every product is connected to how it is actually used by artists, how it fits into a workflow, and how it contributes to a sound.
We work with companies that are actively shaping music today, including Artesia Pro, Kurzweil, ESI Audio, EFNOTE, SABIAN, Juicy Earz, Meters Music, Iconic Guitars, McGrath Guitars, Willcox Guitars, and Integral Microphones. These are brands building tools that are not only innovative, but relevant to how music is actually created and performed.
This creates a focused selection of tools that are proven, forward-thinking, and built to support real creative work.
Instead of sorting through endless options, you are discovering gear with context. You see how it is used, why it matters, and how it fits into your own process.
YOU Belong
Tone Culture United is shaped alongside artists who have spent years building their craft, defining their sound, and contributing at the highest level. These ambassadors are not distant figures.
They are part of the platform itself, sharing how they approach music, how they work, and how they continue to evolve.
Larry Dunn, founding member and original musical director of Earth, Wind & Fire, is the first of these ambassadors, with many more to come. That presence creates something deeper than visibility.
It creates connection and a real sense of belonging. You’re not observing from the outside.
You’re stepping into a community that is actively shaping what’s happening now, learning from real experience and growing alongside others who are building with intention. Over time, this builds a bridge between generations.
Established artists continue to shape the space, while emerging musicians gain access to insight, guidance, and a clearer path forward.
