You may receive more than one tracking number for a single order.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Tone Culture United is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will make reasonable efforts to help you work with the carrier, vendor, or fulfillment partner to investigate the issue.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, or local carrier offices before contacting us.
10. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tonecultureunited.com.
To help us review the issue, please include:

- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged product
- A description of the issue
- Any relevant delivery details
Please keep all original packaging, boxes, labels, and packing materials until the issue has been reviewed. Some carriers, manufacturers, vendors, or insurers may require photos or inspection of the original packaging before approving a claim.
11. Signature Requirements
Some orders may require a signature upon delivery due to product value, vendor policy, carrier requirements, or fraud prevention practices.
If a signature is required, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package.
12. Large, Heavy, or Freight Items
